餐厅政策

Restaurant Policy

  1. 禁止携带外食或饮料。
  2. 菜单自定义功能不可用。
  3. 单点用餐时，每人须从意面、汉堡、披萨、烩饭或沙拉中点 1 份主菜。
  4. 套餐会在预约时间前开始准备，因此到店后无法将套餐预约改为单点。
  5. 开瓶费为每瓶 ₩20,000。每桌最多提供 4 只葡萄酒杯；每增加 1 只收取 ₩3,000。
  6. 配料表仅列出主要食材供参考。如有食物过敏，请在点餐前告知工作人员。
  7. 无葱蒜、无坚果和无麸质菜单按所列方式制作，但共用厨房无法保证完全避免交叉接触。
  8. 不能吃辣的客人在点餐时必须告知工作人员。
  1. No outside food or beverages are allowed.
  2. Menu customization is not available.
  3. For à la carte dining, one main menu item per person must be ordered from pasta, burger, pizza, risotto, or salad.
  4. Course preparation begins before the reservation time, so a course booking cannot be changed to à la carte after arrival.
  5. Corkage is ₩20,000 per bottle. Up to four wine glasses are provided per party; each additional glass is ₩3,000.
  6. Ingredient lists highlight only the main ingredients for reference. If you have an allergy, please tell a staff member before ordering.
  7. Buddhist-friendly (no five pungent vegetables), nut-free, and gluten-free menus reflect the listed preparation; they are not allergy-safety guarantees, and cross-contact may occur in our shared kitchen.
  8. Guests who cannot eat spicy food must inform our staff when ordering.

Organic Hawaii Kona Coffee

我们使用亲自走访夏威夷科纳咖啡农场时挑选的有机咖啡生豆。在 Mahina Vegan Table，我们采用极浅度烘焙方式自行烘焙，呈现咖啡豆本身的自然风味。

We use organic green coffee beans selected during our visits to coffee farms in Kona, Hawaii. At Mahina Vegan Table, we roast them in-house using a very light roast to bring out their natural flavors.

我们为此准备了5年：用2年考察农场与研究生豆，以及3年研究咖啡。请品味奶油般的口感，以及令人联想到咖啡樱桃的酸质。

Our coffee is the result of five years of preparation: two years researching farms and green coffee beans, and three years of coffee research. Enjoy a creamy texture and acidity reminiscent of coffee cherries.

We use organic green coffee beans selected during our visits to coffee farms in Kona, Hawaii. At Mahina Vegan Table, we roast them in-house using a very light roast to bring out their natural flavors.

我们为此准备了5年：用2年考察农场与研究生豆，以及3年研究咖啡。请品味奶油般的口感，以及令人联想到咖啡樱桃的酸质。

Our coffee is the result of five years of preparation: two years researching farms and green coffee beans, and three years of coffee research. Enjoy a creamy texture and acidity reminiscent of coffee cherries.
